The banana bunch has been harvested and now I'm going to show you what to do with the finished banana plant. That's right. Banana plants only produce one bunch, then the plant dies down and another takes it's place. Bananas are actually a very large herbaceous plant that grow from an underground tuber. In this video I cover a few methods of maintaining the finished banana plant to optimise the health of the tuber and other plants growing from it.
